Once your order has shipped via registered mail, you should receive an automated email with a tracking number.  If you did not receive this message, please email us or call our toll free number to obtain your tracking number.

You can enter the tracking number at USPS or Asendia.

Please note that it may take a few days or longer for your tracking number to show up in the system.
