A current valid prescription is required for all prescription medications.  Just like your local pharmacy, we require a valid prescription from a physician licensed in your area of residence.

Our standard delivery charge is $13.99 USD per order (exceptions may apply).  Shipping is free for orders over $150.

Once we have your prescription and verified your order and payment, shipping usually takes about 2 to 4 weeks.

a) We have to contact your doctor to get a copy of the prescription or to verify the order. Sometimes the doctor may not get back to us right away, so this can delay the process.
b) Shipping times are at the mercy of the postal service and US Customs. Order your medications early enough to ensure you do not run out of them. During the peak holiday season between late November to mid-January, it may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

YES. You can purchase up to a maximum of 3 month supply on each of your medications. If your physician writes a prescription for more than 3 months, we can refill your prescription at 3 month intervals as required.

NO. We cannot legally ship any narcotic, controlled, or habit forming drugs.

A generic drug has the exact same active ingredient and strength as the brand name drug. It is produced by a manufacturer other than the brand name manufacturer. Generic drugs are available at a lower price, saving you money. Not all brand name drugs have generic equivalents.

To give you the best possible savings, the medications are sourced out from various countries around the world, but primarily from India, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Canada and Singapore. Certain medications may only be available from specific countries. All medications are shipped from our government licensed pharmacy in Singapore. Singapore is a first world country similar to the United States with very strict rules and regulations.

These are trade or brand names registered by the manufacturers. Often you will see different trade names in different countries. The medications have the same active ingredients and same generic (chemical) name, but may look different and have a different trade name even though they are produced by the same manufacturer.

The personal information you provide to us for filling your order is only used for that purpose and to meet the legal or regulatory requirements for online ordering. Your information is protected and strictly confidential. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Unfortunately NO. We cannot accept any form of foreign insurance because we are located outside of the United States. We will provide you with an invoice which you may submit to your insurance company. Depending on your plan, your insurance company may or may not accept the invoice.
